Service Description

These programs focus on mental health awareness, resilience, and crisis management, ensuring a supportive and safe workplace environment. Mental Health Awareness for Managers Equip leaders with the skills to support team wellbeing. Research shows that when leaders receive mental health awareness training, they not only improve their knowledge and confidence to act—but the ripple effect can benefit the whole organisation. A study by Dimoff, Kelloway, & Burnstein (2016) found that trained leaders reported improved mental health literacy, more positive attitudes, and increased self-efficacy to support their teams.
