Includes: Discover & Clarify Explore your work history, values, motivators, and skills Identify areas of dissatisfaction and define what you want more of Complete and review an online career assessment Start identifying potential career paths or retraining options Plan & Prepare Map out a realistic transition plan (e.g. short courses, bridging roles, study options) Review job market alignment and local industry trends Update or create a professional CV and/or LinkedIn profile tailored to your new direction Begin outlining job search, networking, or training steps Build Confidence & Take Action Prepare for interviews, applications, or course enrolments Address confidence barriers and build a sustainable mindset for change Set clear short-term goals with timelines and check-in strategy Wrap-up session includes a final written plan with next steps and resources Includes: 3 x 60-minute sessions (online or in-person) Email support between sessions Career planning templates and curated resources Optional employer communication support (e.g. language for redundancy, references)
