Traditional career pathways are shifting, automation is reshaping industries, and many jobs of the future don’t even exist yet. So how do we guide our next generation to not just survive—but succeed—in a constantly evolving landscape? LaunchPad is a career guidance program specifically designed for young adults aged 16–24 and their families. Whether your teen is unsure what to do after school, struggling to find their direction, or has finished study and needs help entering the workforce, this program provides structure, insight, and a clear path forward. We empower young people with clarity, confidence, and a tailored career plan—while also ensuring adaptability and resilience in a world where flexibility is key to success. What’s Included in the LaunchPad Program: Career Exploration In-depth assessment of interests, strengths, values, and personality Identify suitable career paths and industries based on individual traits Uncover areas of untapped potential and spark new possibilities Skill Development Tailored support with CV and cover letter development Interview preparation: build confidence and learn how to stand out Develop communication and self-presentation skills essential for employment Action Planning Set short- and long-term goals, aligned with life and career aspirations Create a step-by-step roadmap outlining the next steps (e.g. study, training, job search, work experience) Guidance on navigating applications, scholarships, and entry-level job markets Parental Involvement We understand that parents are often the biggest supporters—but also unsure how best to help.
